The Little Recyclers® is a school fundraising programme based on clothing recycling. We offer schools, playgroups, nurseries, and other organisations to raise funds & protect our environment at the same time by donating unwanted clothes.
Our goal is to encourage children, parents, and teachers to recycle clothes – in this way, we can minimise textile waste going to the landfill.

How DOES it work?
Choose Preferred Way to Collect Clothes
HOLD A CLOTHING DRIVE
The most easiest option - great for schools which plan to fundraise rarely or don't have space for a clothing bank. Bring your own bags filled with clothes to your school on the arranged collection day. Simple as that!
GET OUR FREE EXTERNAL CLOTHING BANK
The best option for actively fundraising schools. If you plan to fundraise continuously and have space outdoors for an external clothing bank, order it for free!
GET OUR FREE INTERNAL CLOTHING BANK
This option works as a promotional tool as it only holds up to 10 bags. Fill the bank, gather some extra bags and we will come to collect the bags and empty the bank!
Fill out the online form or call 07476 406699 to arrange a FREE collection. We'll send you some promotional tips & leaflets.
Fill any bags, boxes or suitcases with clothes, shoes & accessories. Please click here for the list of items we accept.
On the collection day, bring all the bags to school. We will collect them, weigh & pay in 48 hours after collection.
Based on the weight collected, receive a bank transfer straight to your organisation's bank account. It's £0.55/kg!
Fill out the online form or call 07476 406699 to order a FREE external clothing bank.
A delivery date will be arranged for external clothing bank. The bank must be placed in the school yard and it should be visible.
Once the bank is full, contact us and we will come to collect the clothes. We'll pay 55p for every kilo!
Repeat the process as many times as you wish!

A delivery date will be arranged for internal clothing bank. The bank must be placed inside the school.

Fiona Wall26 June 2024I am writing on behalf of our school, Aylward Primary School in Harrow. A parent shared this wonderful website with me and to say it was easy to sort is an understatement!!! Emails were responded to very promptly making liaising with the school calendar and TLR very simple. As a school who is unable to have a clothes bank, we collected all of our clothes in carrier bags and they were collected within the allotted collection time slot. Our maintenance commented on how professional and helpful the delivery driver was. I was very surprised to receive an email early on Monday morning with our certificate, total weight collected and amount raised despite our items only having been collected on the previous Friday. Thank you so much for offering this wonderful service, I cannot wait to do it again during the next academic year!
